Tae Kwon Do U.S.A. is a Family martial Arts School that has been offering instruction and training in Taekwondo since 1996. Located in Anchorage, AK, Tae Kwon Do U.S.A. has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts.

Tae Kwon Do (The Way of the Fist and Foot) is a dynamic Korean Martial Art with over fifty (50) million active practitioners worldwide.

Traditional Tae Kwon Do Classes are designed to pass on the ancient values, traditions and techniques of the martial arts, such as, Self-defense, Confidence, Self-control, Respect, Discipline, Self-esteem, Perseverencce, Indomitable Spirit and physical fitness strengthening.
Classes are taught in beginner, intermediate and advanced belt levels for effective learning results. Student to Instructor ratios are 8 to 1 or better in each class.
Class activities include warm-ups, stretching, running, punches, blocks, kicks, self-defense and poomse.
These classes are fun, exciting and challenging and are structured to motivate all students to be the best they can be at learning the Way of Tae Kwon Do.
Sport Tae Kwon Do Classes are designed to teach the student Olympic Style Sparring. Tae Kwon Do is one of the two martial arts that are in the Olympics. If you want to be good in sparring, it takes time, hardwork, practice, perseverence and patience. Sparring is fun and can be practiced on a non-competitor and competitor basis.
Tae Kwon Do U.S.A. students have the opportunity to compete in Olympic Style sparring at inter-school, local, state, national and international tournaments.

Headed by Master Trevor Martin (7th Dan) and a
staff of expert instructors and managers, including
Master Kristi Martin, Sr. Instructors Mr. DelRosso, Mrs. DelRosso, Mr. Evans, Mrs. Evans, SuSabumnim Jessica and other assistant instructors. Tae Kwon Do U.S.A. offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instruction in Taekwondo.
